-Prepare and implement an annual Marketing Plan.

A leading European investment group whose UK holding company are currently seeking a french german English speaker to Provide sales support to the local sales directors of the European Wholesale area.

Manage the operational side of the relationship with existing and new distribution partners. 

Job Role 

Sales Support / Relationship Management

• Provide sales support services to all local sales directors (European Wholesale and Institutional) on our mutual fund range
• Proactively support the increase of sales in co-operation with local sales managers
• Answer questions and provide sales oriented service to European distribution partners
• Actively seek for opportunities to promote funds with distribution partners and prospects
• Ensure regular and event driven communication with partners and prospects
• Organise and follow-up efficient sale support process
• Attend/ support fairs, road-shows and introduction seminars and support organisation/preparation
• Work closely with Marketing and Communications to establish ideas
• Ensure maintenance of client database (ProTrak)
• Follow-up on deadlines and service deliverables from internal departments in order to meet own deadlines

Additional information / required qualifications:

• Asset management industry experience
• Background in client services, market knowledge and product knowledge (SICAV, OEICS)
